The small print - so you know whats what!

Mostly it's PAY - YOU stay
Advance bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
EFT payments are best.
Should you make a cash or cheque deposit, please pay relevant bank charges.
10% pensioners discount offered (out of season)
Children under 2 stay free
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or bad weather
Extra mattresses + linen available at R150 p/p/night

Checking in and out

Pay before or on arrival - no exceptions
check OUT is 11 am; check IN is after 2 pm
R100 deposit required on arrival for key & breakages deposit
Out of Season, the Reception office and front gate close at 6 pm

We are a no music venue - unless for functions >> Venue Hire >>
Yellowwood Forest is GREEN. Do separate your waste into the bins provided. It makes us and the planet happy.
Please don’t feed the monkeys and don’t bring doom foggers or zappers to dematerialize the bugs. Mozzies excluded.
Dogs are NOT allowed, unless by prior arrangement.
